Shipping in Australian

All Items purchased online are shipped from our Head Office/Warehouse located in Kogarah, New South Wales.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days

All orders are sent with detailed tracking information to your email.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We do NOT offer ATL (Authority to Leave) courier option
  • We do NOT ship to PO Boxes

We use TNT/Fedex Express Couriers, and offer our customers the option to choose their preferred shipping service from the list of quoted calculated shipping provided on the checkout page.  Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order.  Remote areas, pallet deliveries and bulky items may attract additional costs.

Please allow 2 - 3 days for Sydney Metro delivery. Australia wide please allow 3 – 5 days. For WA, NT and remote locations please allow 5 - 7 days.  The estimated delivery times stated here, are a guideline and we cannot be held accountable for any delays that may occur due to disruptions to the delivery service. 

If you have an urgent need for the delivery of your goods, please contact us and discuss your needs.

Shipping International

We are currently not offering international shipping on our website.  Please contact us, with information on the products you are interested in, and we can send you quotes on Shipping Rates for your order.

International delivery times, and ETA, will be advised to you when we send you the quotation of the Shipping Rates.

For International Shipping – Please note additional customs fees and duties may be applied upon delivery.  You will be liable to pay your country’s applicable Import/Duty Taxes on receipt of your package. 

If the buyer refuses to accept delivery as they do not want to pay the Customs Duty/Taxes, they then wear the cost of returning the order to us, and this includes the freight cost.  These amounts will be deducted from their refund.

Local Pick Up/Click & Collect

We’ve introduced Local Pick Up/Click & Collect. That means you can order the product online and pick up from our Kogarah warehouse (find us here).  For more information refer to our Local Pick Up /Click & Collect information.

Pre-Order Items / ETA

Delivery estimates for all Pre-Order items are listed on each product page and in your cart. In the event that there are delays in the ETA of your Pre-Order item, we will notify you immediately and let you know on changes to the ETA.

If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, we will hold the order until the pre-order items arrive from our suppliers before shipping the full order to you.
We recommend placing separate orders if you do not wish to wait for the in-stock items.

All lead times are estimates only.

Missing and Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, in the case of damaged or missing goods.

If you believe your parcel is damaged or your delivery is overdue, please contact us and we will assist in following up with the delivery/courier company.

If your order is damaged during shipment please email us immediately,  providing your name, Invoice number/Order Number, descriptions of any damaged goods, and also include photos and we will do our best to assist you.
